I Didn't Start in Marketing. I Started in Construction.

I grew up in Boissevain, Manitoba — a small town where everyone works with their hands. I started working at a grocery store as a kid, then moved into a plumbing apprenticeship. At sixteen, I went to El Salvador to help build homes for families who had nothing. That trip changed everything for me.

It showed me two things: the power of building something that matters, and the realization that the people doing the most important work are often the least visible. Builders create the spaces where families grow, where memories are made. But most builders are terrible at telling that story.

I moved into sales, then digital marketing. I co-founded Cormier Media, a full-service digital agency, and later launched Jummp Marketing. But the more clients I worked with across different industries, the more I realized something: the builders I worked with had the biggest gap between the quality of their work and the quality of their marketing.

So I went all in. I stopped trying to be everything to everyone and focused exclusively on custom home builders. I studied the industry. I learned the sales cycles, the objections, the decision-making process homeowners go through. And I built a marketing system designed specifically for this industry.

Today, as CMO of Home Builder Marketers, I help builders across the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK generate consistent, qualified leads so they can stop gambling on referrals and start building a predictable pipeline. That's the mission.
